Outstanding service!!! I originally made the appointment for just an oil change but by the time I got there I was having another issue. I thought I needed an alternator bas I originally made the appointment for just an oil change but by the time I got there I was having another issue. I thought I needed an alternator based on testing I had done at Advance Auto Parts and the way the vehicle had been acting. Hannah said they would run their diagnostics to be sure as they couldn't take an outside diagnostic as proof something was wrong with one of their vehicles. I understood and agreed to the test. Come to find out the Advance test was wrong, I didn't need an alternator I needed a battery. Hannah explained how they tested my vehicle and the results and the different options for batteries I had to choose from and prices. In no time at all I was ready to roll. I had been working on some work I had brought with me so I wasn't really cognizant of how long it was taking but it sure seemed as though I was in & out in no time at all. But when I looked at my watch it was actually a couple of hours but Hannah kept me posted the whole time, made sure I had everything I needed and was comfortable. This was the first time I actually took advantage of the 'quiet room'. I was the only one in there that day but it was really nice. I got a lot of work done and my car was taken care of as well. I hadn't worked with Hannah before that day, I usually work with Kelly but she was on vacation I understand. I don't know what team Hannah usually is assigned to but they are lucky to have her she's great!! More

Several days went by with no call for verification, so I called to verify and the guy practically laughed in my face when told him the appointment I had made. Stating that his guys are gone by 4pm, when I have picked up my car and dropped off my car well after 4 before. I explained to him that my schedule was too tight to change, but he wouldn't listen saying I have till the 31st of this month, which wont work due to my schedule. So he gave me the number to kelly (on the blue team I believe), I was answered with a hang up. When I bought this car from this dealership, everyone was welcoming and treated everyone nicely and when there were damages done to my car, Joe and his team in the collision center took excellent care of my car and had it done right has he predicted, and I was super excited to get my car back (still am), and the people who sold me the car were really friendly which I would suggest anyone looking for a car to come here. As for the rudness I received on my appointment I had made through the website, I was super dissatisfied with how they had responded. Forcing me to make another appointment which I am hoping to be called to verify my confirmation. More
