they have very poor service i bought my 2011 chevy impala here and the battery light came on so i called them to for a service appointment the girl that answered the phone for the white team was rude and unp here and the battery light came on so i called them to for a service appointment the girl that answered the phone for the white team was rude and unprofessional she was not friendly at all she told us she would try to get us in so we came in about 3pm she told me it was too late because she had an appointment for us at 9am she lied there was no appointment she just told us to bring in when we could we had to scream and yell at them before they would do anything to my car they have very bad service once you buy a car from them they will kick you to the curb beware of this dealership do not buy from them More

Hampton Chevrolet Service Department was very helpful. Quick appointment set up on the phone. When I got there, the service manager I was to see was with another customer so someone else helped me right a Quick appointment set up on the phone. When I got there, the service manager I was to see was with another customer so someone else helped me right away, got my car and information. I received my ride to work and got there on time! They even offered to pick me up at work and bring me back to my car! That is a nice service! I received 2 phone calls when my car was ready (and my questions answered). When I returned to pick up my car, I was quickly on my way with the service done as scheduled. Thank you Hampton Chevrolet. I will seek your services in the future!
