Great place to shop for a new car. I went to 5 different dealerships before Hampstead and finally found what I was looking for at a fantastic price. Wyatt was the first salesperson to approach me while I wa dealerships before Hampstead and finally found what I was looking for at a fantastic price. Wyatt was the first salesperson to approach me while I was surveying the lot. I found him to be very cordial, professional and honest. I test drove at least 3 vehicles and finally settled on one that I loved...a 2015 Chevrolet Cruze with only 52K miles at $8,700. I compared prices online at MANY dealerships within 50 miles and very few came close to this value for the same vehicle. At no point did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. Typically, I'm a very distrusting person, especially where salespeople are concerned! By contrast, this was the easiest car buying experience I ever had...no exaggeration. I would highly recommend getting prequalified through an auto loan company (I chose Capital One) ahead of time to lock yourself in at a great rate. Never hurts to do your homework. Once again, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great used vehicle. More

They take extra time out to make sure their customers are pleased; they replaced my front tires at no cost that were worn down and probably would have to be replaced sometime in the next year. They also have a special "Mr. fix it dent/scratch guy" who removes all the car's blemishes before you leave-you definitely don't find that kind of service everywhere! John was great to work with and was always asking the right questions until we found the vehicle that was the perfect 10/10. More

I found a place to park and was greeted as soon as I parked.The salesperson took me to my salesperson that I was texting the previous day. we sat and talked and they were honest and up front about everything. They would not even let my daughter test drive the car until she got qualified cause they did not want her to get her hopes up. I loved it.A lot of sales people will have you test drive before the qualified process and get your hopes up and then try to soak money out of you or just shatter your hopes. At Hampstead they did not do that. Their goal is to help you get the car you want but be truthful and realistic to your needs. They kept our payments low and met all our needs. They explained everything in detail, no rushing you through the process. They even printed my daughter payment calendar so she knows exactly when she pays.She wanted to choose to pay biweekly and the set that up for her. They still have been taking care of our needs and questions after we let the lot with the car. I would definitely recommended going here.Give it try.What do you have to lose. More
