We recently purchased a used Ford Edge with all wheel drive from Hammonasset Ford. I traded in my old car for a new Ford Focus at Hammonasset. I visited a couple of dealers in the area, and also had my trade-in appraised at CarMax. My experience in terms of salespeople was hon Hammonasset. I visited a couple of dealers in the area, and also had my trade-in appraised at CarMax. My experience in terms of salespeople was honestly good at several area dealers including Hammonasset, but Hammonasset Ford went the extra mile to give me a good price on the Focus and a reasonable value for my trade in. In fact, they offered me quite a bit more than CarMax. My salesman, James Filley, was low key for a sales guy and let me take a couple of extended test drives without an issue. I haven't had service on the Focus yet, but my wife brings her Lincoln there and the service has usually been good. I did not finance the car so I can't speak about that aspect of the dealership, but overall my experience has been great so far. More
