I value honesty and integrity and I find those qualities at Hammonasset Ford. On my last service visit, oil change and safety inspection, the very careful mechanic listed a number of items for attention as at Hammonasset Ford. I am not a mechanic and do not know how to evaluate the seriousness of the issues...which is why I trust the Ford Dealer. Sal Salafia, the Service Director, reviewed the list and suggested, based on my usage of the vehicle, that there was nothing on the list requiring immediate attention and that they would continue to monitor my vehicle at subsequent oil changes/service and would advise me if/when anything required work. That is the kind of Dealership where I want to do business and where I recommend my family and friends do business. More
