I'm always satisfied with my service there never had an issue. Only thing I asked them to check my one tire because the light was coming on and it was losing air. I think they just put air in it and it sti issue. Only thing I asked them to check my one tire because the light was coming on and it was losing air. I think they just put air in it and it still had the slow leak because it had a nail in it. I found out when I left there and the light came back on and I took it to a local tire shop for repair. I have tire insurance so it would not have cost me had I had it done an the VW dealer, but they were closed at the time and I needed the plug then. More

Very good customer service, the Manager Mike was extremely helpful and sonwas the rest of the staff. I had a recall done on my car and something on my passenger seat wasn't put back correctly. EPC light came on and off a couple times during a long trip. Although it was off, I wanted the VW experts to have a look. They quickly identified the issue and took great care to fix it.
