Updating overall feedback as result. After couple of exchanges via email...I still do not have feedback on the special items noted at time of drop-off. Other issue was that the regular maintenance took 1 whole day where it should have been only couple of hours as initially advised by the service representative. More

Terrible Service Center The Hamilton VW Service Center recommends that you replace working-as-designed parts to inflate the service bill, rather than correct the issue with y The Hamilton VW Service Center recommends that you replace working-as-designed parts to inflate the service bill, rather than correct the issue with your vehicle. In my opinion, their approach to car service boarders on criminal negligence. They will try to push you to make unnecessary repairs on your vehicle at your expense. ALWAYS get a second opinion on ANYTHING they propose. More
