The Technicians don’t know what they are doing and the place is dishonest. They had to run a diagnostic test that cost me $160 to find out a $2.95 fuse had to be replaced. Ginny is good to work with. But the fact that the ID4 has so many recalls, and VW has an extremely difficult time bringing in parts to deal with the recalls is a huge issue. I have waited 15 months to get recalls done, with two canceled appointments, extensive delays with no call backs. I still have one more recall I'm waiting for. More
