Hamilton Volkswagen was an extremely pleasant experience. On my first visit, I met with Peter and was in search of a 2010 Volkswagen Jetta, which they did not have in stock. I was not ready to buy the car that day, but came back the next week and in the absence of Peter, I ended up making the sale with Robert Bryant. Robert was very pleasant and knowledgable and helped me to feel comfortable in my decision. I will recommend Peter, Robert and Hamilton Volkswagen to prospective car buyers in the future. I had tried for several months to get a Jetta TDI Sportwagen, manual,black w/ tan interior. I was told it was nearly impossible to get, and that I would get a call. They Never called. By 9:30 AM Friday Robert had emailed me saying they could get the car. Saturday they called me to say they had the car and were working out the logistics of getting it to NJ. Monday they confirmed that they would have the car on Tuesday. Monday Night I filled out a credit application to complete the financed. Tuesday AM, I got told the credit went through, Tuesday 2 PM they had the exact car I wanted on their lot waiting for me. Tuesday night, now, I am sitting at home with the car that I wanted in my drive way. Robert and Peter were able to do in 4 days what another dealer told me was nearly impossible. They were responsive, honest, and bottom line, they got the deal done. More
