I had an awesome experience with this dealership. Had previously contacted Burlington Volkswagen and the person I talked to seemed uninterested unless I was to travel to the store. That's what I heard w/ Chrysler..15++yrs and that is how they treat a loyal customer. NOT!!! Terri did his magic with presenting figures that were afforable and did not ask me to put a lot of money down. NICE!!! The environment at Hamilton VW was very relaxed and comfortable. No sales pressure. GREAT!!! I even enjoyed getting a call from the service manager introducing himself and letting me know that if there is something that I don't know about my VW Passat, to just bring it in and we would go over it. BUYER BEWARE!! I found a gti online and called and the guy said the car was in great conditon "you gotta see this car". I travel almost an hour to see it and wait for 20 min inside.
