2010 Ford Explorer Sport Trac Adrenalin Just purchased a preowned 2010 Sport Trac Adrenalin. Been looking for one for over 6 months and found one at Hamilton Nissan. It took us an hour and a half to drive there, but well worth the drive. The salesman, Ryan Staup, was great. No high pressure sales tactics. Very personable, knowledgeable. Everyone from Fern ( internet sales), to Dustin (finance), were fantastic. Even the sales manager, James Anderson, offered us a prepaid gas card for driving all the way from Woodbridge, Va. I would highly recommend Hamilton Nissan to anyone looking for a new vehicle or a used one. So much different from the last placed I dealt with in Woocbridge, Va. A Dodge dealer on Rt.1 was horrible. accident repair and 3 Nissan recalls At the beginning I was pleased with how things were being handled. The accident repairs were fixed quickly. Two of the three recalls were done effic At the beginning I was pleased with how things were being handled. The accident repairs were fixed quickly. Two of the three recalls were done efficiently. the third was on hold due to having to wait on parts through no fault of Nissan. I was given a nice rental at no charge to me. the SUV was difficult to get into as I am handicapped but it was all they had on the lot. Things went down hill fast. First I get a phone call with an estimate of repair costs for stuff my car needed that had nothing to do with the recall or with the accident. OUTRAGEOUSLY high cost and some of it unnecessary. My moneytree is dead so I denied having more work done. When I came to pick up my car after I was called and told it was ready and I told them what time I would be there and it was approved, everything went from bad to worse!! I STOOD for 45 minutes. I was not offered a chair or to sit in the waiting room. I stood taking turns leaning on my cane and leaning on the desk in the garage - heat blasts and cold blasts each time the doors were opened. No one could find my car!!! I was shuffled to 3 different people each one wanting to push me aside for whatever their reason. I was made to feel as if I did not matter More
