I told him that after 20 years of only driving BMWs, that I would never go back after owning Mazdas. I explained how they handled, the quality and that the service was excellent! Plus he wouldn’t spend a fortune on maintenance! More
I had a recent negative experience with Hamilton Mazda, and I accordingly I wrote a review setting forth my disappointment with this dealership. While the experience itself was chaotic and not pleasant, I and I accordingly I wrote a review setting forth my disappointment with this dealership. While the experience itself was chaotic and not pleasant, I do want to thank Ryan from the Hamilton Mazda Service Center for reaching out and apologizing, on behalf of the dealership. More
It’s very convenient. People are extremely nice and polite. Service manager went out of his way to help me. I wish they could use my extended warranty. People are extremely nice and polite. Service manager went out of his way to help me. I wish they could use my extended warranty. More
The experience with the Service Department was poor. I made an appointment to drop off my car to have the rim sent out for repair. I booked a month in advance in order to obtain a loaner car. When I dro I made an appointment to drop off my car to have the rim sent out for repair. I booked a month in advance in order to obtain a loaner car. When I dropped off my car I was told that it would be done the next day, but the dealership never called. Two days later I called numerous times and left two voicemails for the Service Department, and no one answered or called me back. I drove to the dealership and was surprised to find my car sitting in the parking lot. When I asked the front desk why no one ever called me they stated that they didn’t listen to the voicemails because “that person called out” and they were “just about to call me”. They told me I could take my car, but that I would first have to go down the street and fill the loaner car with gas, or they would charge me a $5 service fee if they had to do it. Are they kidding? They didn’t call me. They didn’t answer my voicemails, and then they want to charge me a $5 service fee to take the loaner one block to put gas in it, when I didn’t even know I was picking up my car because no one ever called me back! I paid for the rim, I took the loaner car for gas, and I left the dealership. A week later I shutoff my credit card (due to possible fraud), and I subsequently received notifications, one after the other, that Hamilton Mazda was trying to put through a charge for an additional $1.50. I later receive a voicemail from Hamilton Mazda that they need me to call them with payment of $1.50 for a toll that registered while I had the loaner car! Are they kidding? I spent $48,000 at their dealership 6 months ago! I dropped my car off for service, and they told me it would be done the next day but they never called me! I call and no one answers! I leave voicemails, and no one calls me back! I have to drive to the dealership to find out the status of my car! I’m told if I don’t go down the street and fill the loaner car with gas I’ll be charged a $5 service fee, and then to top it off they call me for $1.50 toll charge! Are they kidding? I spent $48,000, they sent me in circles, and they want $1.50! Talk about poor business sense. We were coming back this Spring for a new car for my husband, but now we’ll look elsewhere. Poor Customer Service Hamilton Mazda! More
