Excellent customer service. My son passed away unexpectedly. I took his car out for a run, and the 'E' brake did not work. The brake light stayed on and kept flashing. I took it to Hamilton Mazada, and Ryan, (The Service Manager) could not have been nicer or more helpful. I have been dealing with service people for years, and Ryan was the best by far. More

Oil Change Honestly I’m tired of asking them to remove the recommendation to change my spark plugs every time I have an oil change since they were the ones who c Honestly I’m tired of asking them to remove the recommendation to change my spark plugs every time I have an oil change since they were the ones who changed my spark plugs less than 12k miles ago. Also, during that service, they misdiagnosed the real problem with my car only to bring it up after my car was out of warranty, a problem which would have been covered by my extended warranty. I will never have my car serviced by this dealership again other then my FREE oil changes. Beware!!! More
