They gave me an estimated time for how long the repair would take to complete as I had to wait for it. They completed the work well within the window. Perhaps most importantly, I own and drive cars until they fall apart as I drive a lot for my work. The car has over 200k miles but I take good care of it. What impressed most was that there was no effort at an upsell---easy to do on a car that "old". This showed me Hamilton Mazda is a very trustworthy service department. Highly recommend. More

Ryan immediately identified the issue and required fix. He also fixed an issue with one of the power window switches while checking the car - no charge. In short, he knew all about our vehicle which gave us a very high level of confidence in the service department. All work was performed to our satisfaction, and I have to say we will not be taking our Mazda for service anywhere else now. Thanks Ryan! More

But although I love the cars, the service at Hamilton Mazda is what keeps me coming back. Felipe and Ryan are incredible. They explain everything throughly, have always helped me out and taken care of my car when I had an emergency and dropped in without an appointment and never recommend unecessary service. The whole staff treats you like family and will stop by when you are in the waiting room to say hello. I wouldn't buy anywhere else. More
Back in 2009, I purchased a used Mazda from an out of state dealer that needed transmission work and brought it to Hamilton Mazda. He answered all my questions and concerns at my level of understanding. The mechanics did a great job. Felipe's manner and professionalism earned my respect and gratitude. I now bring all my cars to this dealer for repairs regardless of brand knowing that I will get the best service possible. I brought my vehicle in for some maintenance service recently, oil change, tire rotation, air filter and transmission flush. I waited at the dealer while my vehicle was being worked on, the waiting room recently, oil change, tire rotation, air filter and transmission flush. I waited at the dealer while my vehicle was being worked on, the waiting room has a nice t.v. to watch and they offer coffee for the customers. The service manager Felipe was very nice and explained everything that they did to my vehicle, they also performed a full inspection to ensure my vehicle is in good condition. Overall, it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend this dealer for service. I will be bringing all of my family's cars to this dealer, they work on all makes and models. More
