I was the first person in for an oil change. I waited an hour and a half only to be told that I had been texted for permission to proceed with extra work. I was not texted. Benito was insistent that he had texted me even though I showed him my text messages. I mentioned that I was sitting just a few feet away and when I hadn’t replied, he could have come over and actually spoken to me. I did not have the extra work done. I won’t be returning. More

I was sort of surprised that I waited for a schedule appointment for 2 hours. Car just needed tires rotated and a new battery. Hence, I told the dealer 3x I want a new battery installed. We are gonna come into the Hamilton New Jersey Mazda for the last 10 to 12 years for our first CX five there couple years later we upgraded to another CX five.
