Hamilton was the only one with the car actually in stock and they took a deposit over the phone to hold it for me until I could get in to talk terms. At my appointment the price was honored, I got a very fair trade-in price for my car, and was done with everything in two hours. My sales rep Marlon Lising was awesome - very quick responses to emails before my appointment and very straightforward to deal with. Sales Manager Mitch Selsky was very nice to offer assistance should my car need service in the future, as the dealership is a bit of a ride from my home. Finally, the finance guy Don Calilap was great, organized, and no pressure on the available extra options at all. Just straight talk from everyone involved, and they respected my busy schedule better than any dealer I've bought from before. I've purchased at least a dozen cars in the past and this was by far my best experience ever. Thanks! More

Immediately I knew this dealership was customer focused when Michael told me to drive the car wherever I want and how long I want. We came back the next day and to work out a deal for the vehicle. Michael and his co-workers gave us a great price and we signed and drove off with the car that day. This truley was the best dealership experience I've had so far.
