Back in 2009, I purchased a used Mazda from an out of state dealer that needed transmission work and brought it to Hamilton Mazda. He answered all my questions and concerns at my level of understanding. The mechanics did a great job. Felipe's manner and professionalism earned my respect and gratitude. I now bring all my cars to this dealer for repairs regardless of brand knowing that I will get the best service possible. I went to Hamilton Mazda to test drive a CX-5 and to get an estimate on my trade in. My intentions were to possibly order a vehicle for delivery late August. They had to locate a vehicle for me with the options I wanted, but that only took them a few days. The red zeal mica was my first choice, but they found me a sky blue instead, which I am now happier with! When I signed the deal I also ended up getting a large discount on an extended warranty and lifetime free oil changes. I couldn't be happier with the service I received! More
