Ryan immediately identified the issue and required fix. He also fixed an issue with one of the power window switches while checking the car - no charge. In short, he knew all about our vehicle which gave us a very high level of confidence in the service department. Great customer service I was going to purchase a car from another Mazda dealer (Rt 22) though the salesman was great, the manager was not. We saw him motion to another sale I was going to purchase a car from another Mazda dealer (Rt 22) though the salesman was great, the manager was not. We saw him motion to another salesman to not come down on the price and he did the same with us. Felt like he was a real shyster. With that being said, we left the dealership not buying the car. I felt sorry for the salesman because I really would have like to see him get the sale. A friend told us to go to Hamilton Mazda because the customer service was great and they negotiate. Well they were right. Though we did not get a different price on the car than sales price (it was already a great deal) they gave us a $250 back storage screen. The salesman Brian Harris was great (not pushy, gave us time to talk about it, etc.) and his manager was just as personable - No BS like the first dealer we went too. Highly recommend the dealership. He was extremely patient with a sense of reasoning and educated us at what he is best at. On IM we went back and forth messaging on the break down price (including taxes..reg..etc) giving us the final price on road making it easy for us to get in and out of the dealership in approx 2 hrs. There were no hidden agenda or any surprises... Everything was smooth as envisioned. We are highly pleased with the whole process and sincerely recommend Hamilton Dealership serving great Customer Service from the Car Sales person as well.
