I have been buying or leasing cars/vans/suv's from different manufacturers for almost 40 years. zack and the entire Hamilton mazda team made this experience stress free, and actually, enjoyable. I needed to pick up the vehicle first thing Saturday morning. zack had asked if I was able to come in at 11:15 am, as he already had an early appointment. I mentioned to zack, that my son, who was dropping me off, was a fairly new driver. I had concerns that it would be his first time driving on the new jersey tpk, mid day. zack understood my concerns, and told me he would try and rearrange his schedule to accommodate us earlier, and that he would get back to me. minutes later he called to say we were a go for 9:30 am. zack thoroughly went over all the features in the cx-9, and in under an hour, all the papers were signed, and we were on our way home. an incredibly easy experience. in a year or so, we will be turning in a leased car, and I know, without hesitation, I will be heading to zack, and Hamilton mazda for another new car. Our salesman, Zachary Repp, deserves a lot of the credit. He helped my wife determine what she really needed - not what the dealership wanted to sell - and then explained the entire process to both of us. Once we agreed on the car and equipment, Zack brought us a price proposal for the new vehicle that was fair (I had done considerable research on prices before we came to the dealership so I was comfortable with his offer). The only hang-up was on the trade-in value of our old car. However, he was reasonable and after discussion with his management, came back to us with a compromise that was satisfactory. Three days later, he found the exact car we wanted at another dealer and arranged the dealer trade. At delivery, he carefully went over the car with us to make sure everything was in excellent shape. My wife, who is not technologically "gifted", needed assistance in learning how to use the various features of the car. Zack patiently explained everything and made sure that both of us were comfortable with the car's features before he would let us drive off. This is what a true sales professional should be like. Also, it should be noted that Melissa Stanton, F&I Manager, was very helpful and friendly and made sure we understood every document before we signed. More

They did not push me into a car i did not want. Instead they allowed me to test drive any car i wanted and allowed me to chose for myself. Most car dealers do not give you this option. Upon purchase Zach gave me a full tutorial as to set up all of the tech in the car. I strongly recommend Hamilton Mazda and Volkswagon. I would also like to thank Melissa in finance. We feel comfortable since our first walked-in: someone immediately came up to us and helped us, you probably will say, that’s their job - correct, but we have visited a few other dealers (not Mazda) where we saw the consultants or other employees who were just looking at us waiting for our approach even we had an appointment. Zac was referred by the other consultant who was not available when we walked in, Zac showed his professionalism and friendly smile, tried to sort out which vehicle may be right for us. Without pressure, all he did was to understand what we need and give us his advice. Of course we have done some research about CX 3, CX5, CX9, Mazda 6 turbo and MX5 after our first visit, so quickly we did our test drive and purchase within 2 weeks - it may process in a shorter period of time if not because of waiting for Mazda 6 turbo to test drive. During this two weeks, we either communicate through the phone or text messages, Zac always responded really fast. We ended up chose 2018 CX 5 Grand Touring - Soul red crystal metallic with black interior, 0% APR for 60 months. We love it, we enjoy it. My husband is considering to buy MX5 Miata next year. They said the office will be renovated in the near future, sounds great! But I hope that’s the only change for Hamilton Mazda. If you never had Mazda before like us, it’s a nice and stylish suv. And Hamilton Mazda is a good car dealer to visit. More

They gave me an estimated time for how long the repair would take to complete as I had to wait for it. They completed the work well within the window. Perhaps most importantly, I own and drive cars until they fall apart as I drive a lot for my work. The car has over 200k miles but I take good care of it. What impressed most was that there was no effort at an upsell---easy to do on a car that "old". This showed me Hamilton Mazda is a very trustworthy service department. Highly recommend. More
