They made a mistake but then made it right. The part for our repair was delayed, and we didn’t get a phone call because the service coordinator was out sick. Making Someone's Day My weekend and monday morning were all anxirty-ridden. I knee that i was hoping to again look for cars (ugh) . We then went for lunch. My friend and i decided one more dealership and that wluld be it. We went over to mazda and the mazda 3 i was shown hit on everyday polnt i was in the market for in my head.And it was if the salesperson knew exactly want i wanted...it was great! Neal simon was able to make buying the right car the least possible activity i ever had yo do. He even followed the next day to see how things were going and how i liked the car. It was a wonderful. Relacing and easiest experience it was to buy a car! More

Leter today, received an email asking if they could send an updated quote, I requested a quote through True Car but ignored their emails for few days. Leter today, received an email asking if they could send an updated quote, I requested the price of a car about 2k lowe than the standard pricing in the market. Instead of sending the more feasable pricing if the vehicle internet sales manager Michael will sent the following email ‘Good look that is a rediculous offer we don't need deals that bad and looks like you need to look at Kia not Mazda’. Never going to visit this dealership or recommend to any of my friends. More
