I am very satisfied with my Honda Fit Sport I purchased at Hamilton Honda. Patrick Sullivan (Sales Rep) was very accomidating in seeing that my requirements were met. Best Honda dealership EVER !!! They are so good that if customer service was a compitition every one else would be forced to forfit. I was so upset after leaving that dealership that I almost didn't want to even buy a vehicle anymore. Hamilton Honda won me over almost rite away. All it took was one phone call to Manager Al Green. Once I arived at Hamiton Honda Mr. Green introduced me to Mr. Puma & my whole additude was changed forever. They were outstanding ! I want the whole world to know just how great this place & these people are. The cars may all be the same but the dealerships & their personel are most certainly not. They trated my family & myself with respect & I am now their customer for life. It's worth my extra 30 minute drive to be a Hamilton Honda customer. The extra perks that they throw in for free is just the cherry on top of an already great desert. More

We didn't know that we would be coming home with a vehichle that Columbus Day. Our salesman 'Zak' we called him was very nice and patient. We looked at several and made a decision. Customer service after the sale is very important to us and we were blown away when Zak explained it all to us. Hamilton Honda is a very friendly place overall and everyone greeted us. My daughter is in the market for a car and I hope she gets it at Hamilton Honda so it can be all in the family. Zak made a personal point to explain all the neat gadgets on the car and seemed really excited for us. He could have let us just go, because he had already made the sale, but he seemed personally invested that we be really happy and we are. More

I just bought a new 2010 Honda Accord. My friend recommended me to go to the Hamilton Honda because of their good reputation and customer service. Since we could not receive a price quote promptly f recommended me to go to the Hamilton Honda because of their good reputation and customer service. Since we could not receive a price quote promptly from the Internet sales department, we decided to visit there in person. Mr. Anthony Puma was my sales person. He was very nice and honest man. He took a similar car we wanted out and spent about forty minutes to give us a test drive and introduced the vehicle features and differences of this model with others. When we sat down to talk about the price, unexpectedly, they gave us a very good price that made us immediately decide to purchase this car. One thing I have to mention is that when we made a final car inspection, Anthony frankly told us there was once a small scratcher at the rear of the car resulted from the car delivery. We really appreciate it. During the paperwork, Anthony also warmly helped us to get car insurance. Finally, Anthony with another sales man (thank you very much too even I do not know your name) drove the new car and brought us home. We love our new Honda car! Thank you Anthony and the Hamilton Honda! I would highly recommend Hamilton Honda to anyone who is interested in a Honda. More

I had a fantastic experience at Hamilton Honda. I was interested in leasing a new Civic Sedan, and inquired online about pricing. I heard from Lauren Muglia almost immediately. She sent me prices and scheduled a time to see me that day--even offering to stay past her scheduled hours to accommodate my schedule. I arrived at the dealership early and Lauren was working with another customer. The Sales Manager, Anthony, showed me around the dealership and got me a beverage while I waited. Knowing that she was going to take awhile, Lauren sent Phil Florentino out to help me. Phil was extremely helpful, assessing what I needed from a vehicle and gave his recommendation. While Phil was getting the keys for the test drive, Lauren came over, introduced herself and apologized for being unavailable. The test drive was wonderful and Phil was extremely knowledgeable about the Civic, being that he drives one himself. Phil was able to give me a great deal on a trade-in and met my target per month lease rate. Mike (I'm not sure his name is correct) walked me through all the lease documents and warranty information. He was extremely helpful as well. I wasn't sure I would leave the dealership having decided to lease the car, but Phil and the team at Hamilton Honda made it easy! And I'm looking forward to my complimentary car washes! More
