It's impossible to beat their prices on service. Work was done well. No surprises with prices or the services performed. I have had 3 or our 4 Hondas serviced there, and will go back with the 4th one, once it needs its scheduled maintenance. I travel about 30 miles to get the work done there - not just on price, but because my local dealer, Honda of Toms River, is a bait-and-switch operation. Where else but Hamilton offers a water pump and timing belt special for only $389? You can't even get your local non-Honda shop to do it for that price. I rate Hamilton a perfect 5 of 5 !!! More

When something seems too good to be true it usually is. I called to verify the contents of the ad & Anthony Puma explained that the availability was limited but the ad was in fact accurate. I had done some research on this dealership (on this very site)before i decided to go there in person & liked what i found. They are involved in the local communities & have a good reputation with the surrounding military bases. When i arrived for my appointment with Anthony he gave me the bad news that they had sold out of the advertised vehicles. I thought to myself i knew it was a scam but i played along anyway. They wasted my time now i was going to return the favor. I'm a life long Marine veteran & trained to detect deception in people so i was going to try to have some fun at their expense. I planned on having them go though their whole typical bait & switch routine & kill an hour or two of this guys time. BUT IT NEVER HAPPENED. Anthony looked me in the eye & said I'm sorry that you arrived too late to take advantage of that great used car ad but I'm going to make it up to you by giving you a brand new car for the same price! I said xx!! What's the catch? He never broke eye contact & said only catch is you tell others how you were treated at Hamilton Honda. So I went out & told everybody i knew about this experience & now I'm telling anybody else who wants to know where to go where honesty & integrity still mean something. More

It was our first visit to Hamilton Honda and we had no intention of buying a vehicle that day. We simply went to look, but we left with a new 2011 Honda Pilot. The sales manager also took time with us to help us find a deal that would work for us. The dealership is spotless and the service area is the best I have seen. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. The salesman went out of his way to help us even with the return of our old leased vehicle. And to top it off, we get free oil changes and free car washes for the life of the vehicle! If you stop by, you may leave with a new vehicle. More

I am very satisfied with my Honda Fit Sport I purchased at Hamilton Honda. Patrick Sullivan (Sales Rep) was very accomidating in seeing that my requirements were met. Best Honda dealership EVER !!! They are so good that if customer service was a compitition every one else would be forced to forfit. I went to my local honda dealership & was treated with such disrespect that I wouldn't give them my buisness regardless what their price was. I was so upset after leaving that dealership that I almost didn't want to even buy a vehicle anymore. Hamilton Honda won me over almost rite away. All it took was one phone call to Manager Al Green. Once I arived at Hamiton Honda Mr. Green introduced me to Mr. Puma & my whole additude was changed forever. They were outstanding ! I want the whole world to know just how great this place & these people are. The cars may all be the same but the dealerships & their personel are most certainly not. They trated my family & myself with respect & I am now their customer for life. It's worth my extra 30 minute drive to be a Hamilton Honda customer. The extra perks that they throw in for free is just the cherry on top of an already great desert. More

I had a fantastic experience at Hamilton Honda. I was interested in leasing a new Civic Sedan, and inquired online about pricing. I heard from Lauren Muglia almost immediately. She sent me prices and scheduled a time to see me that day--even offering to stay past her scheduled hours to accommodate my schedule. I arrived at the dealership early and Lauren was working with another customer. The Sales Manager, Anthony, showed me around the dealership and got me a beverage while I waited. Knowing that she was going to take awhile, Lauren sent Phil Florentino out to help me. Phil was extremely helpful, assessing what I needed from a vehicle and gave his recommendation. While Phil was getting the keys for the test drive, Lauren came over, introduced herself and apologized for being unavailable. The test drive was wonderful and Phil was extremely knowledgeable about the Civic, being that he drives one himself. Phil was able to give me a great deal on a trade-in and met my target per month lease rate. Mike (I'm not sure his name is correct) walked me through all the lease documents and warranty information. He was extremely helpful as well. I wasn't sure I would leave the dealership having decided to lease the car, but Phil and the team at Hamilton Honda made it easy! And I'm looking forward to my complimentary car washes! More
