Purchasing a vehicle was not part of my plan for the day. I had received a letter indicating that I would be given $1500 over book value for my 2008 civic trade in. I was skeptical. This caused me to rush John and also I requested that we skip the tour of the car and presmises after the transaction was completed. I was in a hurry to leave. I realize that part of John's duties were to provide me with these tours. In no way should John be held responsible for not providing these walkthroughs as it was my specific request. I returned the following day and received the promised tour of the vehicle as well as the premises from John. he was extremely flexible and remaind professional at all times! More
