In all my years of purchasing vehicles this was by far the best experience ever and I will never go anywhere else to purchase another vehicle. In addition to the above, I was impressed with the number of clients visiting the Dealer and/or getting their car service. I hope they continue doing well because there is not that many Dealers with such positive attributes and excellent service (free lifetime oil change and car washes). I visited few Honda Dealers in the Area but none can be compared with Hamilton Honda. Their well define customer service busines philosophy and mission puts them ahead of the competition. It's impossible to beat their prices on service. Work was done well. No surprises with prices or the services performed. I have had 3 or our 4 Hondas serviced there, and will go back with the 4th one, once it needs its scheduled maintenance. I travel about 30 miles to get the work done there - not just on price, but because my local dealer, Honda of Toms River, is a bait-and-switch operation. Where else but Hamilton offers a water pump and timing belt special for only $389? You can't even get your local non-Honda shop to do it for that price. I rate Hamilton a perfect 5 of 5 !!! More

It was our first visit to Hamilton Honda and we had no intention of buying a vehicle that day. We simply went to look, but we left with a new 2011 Honda Pilot. The sales manager also took time with us to help us find a deal that would work for us. The dealership is spotless and the service area is the best I have seen. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. The salesman went out of his way to help us even with the return of our old leased vehicle. And to top it off, we get free oil changes and free car washes for the life of the vehicle! If you stop by, you may leave with a new vehicle. More

When something seems too good to be true it usually is. I saw an ad for Hamilton Honda offering used 2010 cars with very little miles for thousands below the original M.S.R.P. so i thought it was some kind o saw an ad for Hamilton Honda offering used 2010 cars with very little miles for thousands below the original M.S.R.P. so i thought it was some kind of scam. I called to verify the contents of the ad & Anthony Puma explained that the availability was limited but the ad was in fact accurate. I had done some research on this dealership (on this very site)before i decided to go there in person & liked what i found. They are involved in the local communities & have a good reputation with the surrounding military bases. When i arrived for my appointment with Anthony he gave me the bad news that they had sold out of the advertised vehicles. I thought to myself i knew it was a scam but i played along anyway. They wasted my time now i was going to return the favor. I'm a life long Marine veteran & trained to detect deception in people so i was going to try to have some fun at their expense. I planned on having them go though their whole typical bait & switch routine & kill an hour or two of this guys time. BUT IT NEVER HAPPENED. Anthony looked me in the eye & said I'm sorry that you arrived too late to take advantage of that great used car ad but I'm going to make it up to you by giving you a brand new car for the same price! I said xx!! What's the catch? He never broke eye contact & said only catch is you tell others how you were treated at Hamilton Honda. So I went out & told everybody i knew about this experience & now I'm telling anybody else who wants to know where to go where honesty & integrity still mean something. More

All employees from the start of my visit were very friendly and cooperative. From the service area I was directed to the sales division where Andrew Jones greeted me.
