Last night I bought a CR-V Honda from Hamilton Honda. From the minute my son-in-law and I walked into the dealership everyone was very pleasant & friendly. Cody the salespman we were to meet with was busy with another customer, but cameto us and ized for not being able to help us & brought over another salesman, Mike Bendar who helped us. He was pleasant, & accommodating. He let me take the car for a test ride, & acquainted me with the many features of the car, as well as explaining everything to me. He even showed us around the dealership & where to bring the car for & oil change & get the car washed. He really listened to what I wanted & was able to pretty much got me exactly the car I wanted. My total experience with Honda was a good one, which is why I am writing about it, thanks to Mike. All the people I met with who helped get me my CR-V could not have been more helpful. I live in Parsippany(over 1 hour away) and saw an ad that I couldn't believe the price. I am a Costco member and they have a buying service and gave me a dealer to call. I called 3 dealers near me so I didn' I couldn't believe the price. I am a Costco member and they have a buying service and gave me a dealer to call. I called 3 dealers near me so I didn't have to make the trip and NONE of them were able to match the deal on a new Accord. In fact 1 dealer said impossible ad must be a teaser to get you in. Another dealer said if you can get it for that price take it quickly. I did. Mike was very helpful and I had a choice of colors No pressure to change vehicle. At Hamilton Mr. Bender honored the advertised agreement without pressure. He was quick and efficient and moved from one aspect of the sale to another with professional assuredness. The cars I wanted to test drive were presented to me and I was allowed to make my own decisions, again, without the kind of pressure that has become characteristic of too many auto salesmen. I felt that, within the constraints of a fair deal, Mr. Bender was as considerate of me as he was of Hamilton Honda. I have already recommended Hamilton to two other people. More
