This experience was great for me. I loved the fact that as soon as I walked throught the door, I wasn't "pounced" on, like I have been at other dealerships. Just leased a CRV EX-L with Nav from Hamilton Honda. Called me back with all of the information I requested and worked pretty diligently to find the car I wanted quickly. I would recommend David and Hamilton Honda for anyone in the area considering a Honda. Went to a few other dealers and got the best price from them as well. More

As a person who has purchased many vehicles, my experience at Hamilton Honda was great. Anthony Puma listened to what I was saying and coordinated the sale of a new vehicle on Black Friday, the bu experience at Hamilton Honda was great. Unlike a dealership I had visited the night before, I felt very unpressured and my unique needs were given respectful consideration. In addition to the outstanding sales and finance staff with whom I dealt I was very impressed with the facility itself. It was spotless and comfortable. Humberto Salas was consumately professional without coming across as your typical pushy salesman. He made my difficult situation feel less so. The entire process, though lengthy, was very stress free. I will definitly be a lifelong Hamilton Honda customer. More

My Rating is based on my experince at Ham. Honda. Best of all five dealers I visited. I was met by the GEn. Mgr. and my sales person( Anthony Puma) was honest, very detailed in explaing everything and made m all five dealers I visited. I was met by the GEn. Reached out to honda hamilton's internet sales department when considering my purchase. Phil was very professional to deal with and was able to provide a great price on the vehicle of my choice to match the when considering my purchase. Phil was very professional to deal with and was able to provide a great price on the vehicle of my choice to match the out-the-door price i was interested in. It was great to walk in the door with a deal already finalized. John walked us through the paperwork and other aspects of the sale once we reached the dealership. Nice to see no surprises in the final paperwork. They stuck to their word on the final pricing. Honda finacing was pain but Sean did a great job following through with Honda finanical until we were able to get the 0.9% special. All in all, a great buying experience. The facilities are state of the art, the staff is professional and curteous (unlike the ones i dealt with in the past at other dealerships). Would definately recommend to others. More

Car buying experience was very satisfying. Salespeople were very knowlegeable and pleasant to work with. Only problem was it took a little too long for the entire process between sales and financing.
