This is my second purchase from. Hamilton Honda. I worked with a completely different sales team from my first purchase. They all worked very diligently to provide me with a hassle free buying experience. I originally made contact with Dan DelVecchio via the Internet. Dan was prompt, courteous and honest. When I arrived at the Dealership I was greeted by Dan who introduced me to Al Castka. Al handled the sale and we negotiated the purchase price of a 2011 Accord Coupe. Al was great, very personable, honest, and just fun to work with. The car was actually for my 21 year old son. Al took my son for a test drive, taking the time to go over the entire car with him. After we agreed on a price I worked on financing and an extended warranty with Jim Confredo. Jim was also great to work with. Jim was also very personable and took the time to go over all the terms and conditions, answering all my questions. Everything I discussed with both Al and Jim showed up on the Purchase Order exactly the way we discussed it. I never felt rushed. While working with Jim, Al had my son all over the place, gave him a tour of the facility, and when the car came back from prep., went over the operation of the systems and gadgets. When I finished up with Jim, Al went over all the features of the car with me. This was the second or third time for him but the first time for me. Al was a lot of fun as we went through everything and you would never have guessed he already went through this with my son. Hamilton Honda just does an outstanding job with their customer service, attention to detail and making your buying experience pleasurable. This is they second group of people I worked with and the first group treated me the same way. These guys are all first rate. I would not hesitate to go back there again. More

Absolutely i would recommend this dealership! I already have been spreading the word. Though at least 3 other dealerships are much closer to my home than Hamilton, the supposed inconvenience is all but mi have been spreading the word. I went to the dealership to get a new timing belt put on my old accord, and ended up driving away with a new(er) accord. Robert met me out on the lot, was a great listener and very accomodating in a test drive, allowing me to get a good feel for the car's condition and performance. I was off the lot in less than 3 hours with my new (certified) car. I did not have to repeat myself, re-confirm what i was looking for or answers i had already given, and felt comfortable talking with him. Looking forward to a long relationship with your dealership. I did get the timing belt job done on the old accord anyway, as it still seemed to have signs of life left. Perhaps near time for the old registration to expire i will find a near broke HS or college kid who needs some reliable 5 speed manual transportation that still rides the roads nice. More

I visited Hamilton Honda after speaking to Lauren on the phone and having my questions answered. I met Frank in sales and he gave me a presentation of the CR-V and went with me for a test drive. I sat down and negotiated a good price for the CR-V and for my trade in (a 9+ year, 127,000+ miles Chevrolet). Frank then gave me a tour of the dealership while we were waiting for the CR-V to be prepared for me. I found Frank and Lauren to be very friendly and knowledgable about their products and they genuinely worked to make the buying experience pleasant. I have had many compliments on the CR-V and I have recommended that my family and friends use Hamilton Honda the next time they are in the market for an automobile purchase. I will also add that everyone I spoke to in the dealership was very friendly and really wanted me to be pleased with my purchase. I have already passed out some of Frank's business cards to others who have expressed an interest. I would not hesitate to use this dealership again. The free lifetime oil changes, free car washes and free loaner cars just made everything that much better! More

Joking I said a new car...(mine is 10 years old) Mike Bender was getting his coffee and I don't even know how the conversation started, I told him I hate car salesmen. He was not pushing at all. Just asked me a few questions, and I told him I was just wondering about the best price available, seeing I was willing to get a 2010 to save money. I know Honda's don't go on sale like other cars though. The price was fair. I checked on-line while in your place. The 0.9 interest rate was very attractive. I said, maybe I could just test drive one. He was sooo not pushy. It was like, ok we can go for a short ride so you can see how you like it. I really,really liked the car. Everyone was nice. Becky did my credit check and I got a kick out of the fact that I could do it on my own without my husbands signature, (I do work, but never bought a car myself). I had a wonderful experience at Hamilton Honda.
