We were quite impressed with the physical environment of the dealership: spacious, clean and comfortable for customers. The sales transaction was painless and efficient, but also thorough. Mr. Salas lent a personal touch that is hard to top, and the business end of the deal was ably completed by Mathew Andrews. The free oil changes and car washes are simply icing on the cake. We would recommend this dealership to anyone, which is high praise indeed coming from this lifelong Jets fan! (The dealership is co-owned by former Giants player and present coach, Jessie Armstead). I went to Hamilton Honda to initially just test drive the Pilot for my own curiosity and was not disappointed. The product is exceptional and second to none IMO. When I arrived at the dealership to meet with Lauren Muglia, I was overwhelmed by the sincere friendliness and professionalism once I walked thru the door. In fact, Zack was the first representative I met after meeting the receptionist. Zack was a gentlemen from the start. He is a very courteous person and is an exceptional employee to have as part of your team. After driving the Pilot with Zack and having him present the vehicle, my decision was made on purchasing the vehicle. He answered all of my questions and never hassled me about a decision. His approach was laid back. The next day Zack took my wife and I on a tour of the dealership. My wife Natasha and I were extremely impressed. My Sales Representative, Cody and his Manager, Tony (Senior), were very informative and steered me in the right direction while being honest. They didn't try to sell me the vehicle with all the bells and whistles, instead Cody listened and asked me enough questions to find the proper fit for my family's needs. They both gave me confidence that this particular dealership would always be there for me. They were also able to give me top dollar on my trade in and were able to get me the lowest interest rates on my financial loan. I'm not sure if I could have asked for anything more. The facility is fantastic, very spacious, clean with a hot food counter that serves toasted bagels to reuben sandwiches if you happen to be waiting for service or just hungry while looking for the right car. Oh, and the service center is amazing, I have never seen a car dealership service center so large and modern-it has it's own car washing facility! Bottom line: you will not find a more friendlier and competent Sales Staff, top-of-the-line service center (to take care of me after the sale) and most importantly, the best pricing! More

I had a great experience looking for a new car with David Weingarten as the sales person. David was very professional and was not pushy. We selected a Mazda 3 over the 2010 Civic coupe. The was primarily for my son and he test drove both and preferred the Mazda 3. The Civic was priced fairly and the only reason for the selection was that my son preferred the Mazda.
