I recently needed to purchase a vehicle ASAP as a result of my car breaking down. I began searching online for Subarus, Acuras and Hondas as these were the three types of vehicles I considered. The Subarus and Acuras were a bit out of my price range so I narrowed my search to Hondas. This was the first time I was purchasing a vehicle without the help of my dad and I was very nervous as I really didn't know much about purchasing a new car, what to look for and beware of, etc. The online searches just weren't cutting it because I had several questions that could not be answered without the help of an actual person. I had owned a Honda before and realized there was a new Honda dealership recently built in my local area. I dreaded the thought of dealing with some cut-throat salesperson especially since I would be doing it alone so I reluctantly ventured over to Hamilton Honda to begin the process. I was pleasantly surprised upon my arrival and definitely not disappointed by the service I received. The facility was beautifully designed (visually speaking) and there were several vehicles in the lot that I really liked. There was a lot of variety in style and price which was really awesome. Upon walking in, it seemed that everyone there was working just to make me feel comfortable! Any time I was walking around by myself, a rep would ensure that I was being taken care of by asking with a smile. I was first greeted by a very kind receptionist that set me up with a sales associate right away. I immediately felt that I was in good hands and my nervousness began to subside. I worked with Mr. Robert Morton and informed him of my financial capabilities and what I was looking for. Mr. Morton and I hit it off immediately and his customer service was absolutely exceptional! He was easy to talk to and made me feel welcome and at home despite the newness of the situation for me. I explained that this was my first purchase without my dad's help and Mr. Morton was so kind that he actually felt like a father there to give me guidance in what was a huge decision for me. We talked about his family and mine, and he really became my friend in a very short visit. I learned he has a daughter of his own right around my age and he understood exactly how I felt. He really gave me all the info I needed to make a well-informed decision. He showed me a few different vehicles in a variety of styles and price ranges and explained all the features included/excluded based on the model. We test drove a few vehicles and talked about life in general in addition to the decision I was about to make. I really felt as though he cared about my well-being which I've never experienced at any car dealer I've been to before. He did not pressure me just to make a sale and listened to my concerns. I found the car I loved and we discussed the price/payments in addition to the ins and outs of my loan. I asked A TON of questions and he never became frustrated at all! He answered everything I had to ask with kindness and had a wealth of info to offer to me even if I didn't ask about it. He informed me of EVERYTHING I needed to know and helped me to be absolutely sure about my purchase. He was extremely professional, genuinely caring, and I really felt like I had my dad with me leaving no doubt that I had come to the right place. We joked and laughed and he didn't rush me at all, and I ended up signing all the paperwork that same evening I came in! I then spoke with Matthew Andrews to discuss the loan details further and I received the same kind support from him as well. I walked out of the dealer with a beautiful certified pre-owned Honda in the exact color I was looking for! I was absolutely overjoyed and never felt as though the wool was being pulled over my eyes. Mr. Morton gave me a tour of the dealership and introduced me to all the amazing services Honda provides. I walked out of there feeling very well-informed as I had no unanswered questions, and I drove home the happiest I've been in a long time. Mr. Morton and Mr. Andrews made what is normally a very difficult process very simple. I no longer fear the thought of purchasing a new car because of the service Hamilton Honda provided. Mr. Morton still follows up with me to ensure I don't have any questions or concerns and even emailed me just to wish me happy holidays! The customer service provided at Hamilton Honda is the best I've ever received. Each time I go into the dealer for my free car washes or anything else, I feel like I'm part of the Honda family. I can't recommend this place and the associates highly enough. EVERYONE there always has a smile and makes me feel like a queen. I hand my keys over to a Honda rep and everything is always taken care of promptly and perfectly. I have absolutely no complaints and wish I could do more to convey just how amazing Hamilton Honda is. My car and the process to get it were simple and pleasant. The dealership was able to get me my first choice of vehicle with no additional charge (even though one was not available on the lot), and delivered it to me in a speedy manner so I would have it for a holiday trip. They make sure you are very familiar with your new vehicle, as well as their facilities. The facilites are new and modern and spotless. There is a large inventory selection to choose from. I have also had the opportunity to deal with the service department, and they are helpful and polite and they go out of their way to make service on your vehicle as painless as possible. This guy "Davis Weingarten" is the complete polor opposite of the thought that just went thru your mind. My wife and I have driven 5 different vehicle makes over the past week, so we've seen plenty of car sales people. David knew his product upside down and inside out. He knew equally as important the competition's product which is a very rare find. He explained why the Honda Car line was such a superior product, and based on that information and the obsessive research we've done we decided on the Honda Pilot, and we've decided on the sales person we will buiy it from. I could not have had a better experience buying a car than I did with Dave and the Hamilton Honda dealership.
