I had a great experience with Hamilton Honda! The price was so right that we actually got two cars! From the minute I walked into the dealership, I was treated as a friend. My salesperson, Al Castka, was willing to answer all of my questions, walked me around the lot to see all the color options, and gave me a tour of the facility, which is gorgeous. Computers, TVs, food and drink are all available, should you find you have to wait while your car is serviced. Free oil changes for the life of your vehicle and free car washes whenever you want one are two unexpected, but fantastic, perks! I horoughly recommend Hamilton Honda! More

Salesman did everything he could to get us a fair trade-in price and the best deal on financing. He also was working with a "trainee" whom he allowed to take us on the test drive and interject whene trade-in price and the best deal on financing. He had a sense of humor and seemed comfortable working with customers that were probably older than his parents. He was polite and respectful. The staff at Hamilton Honda also was very welcoming, and the dealership was a very comfortable environment. It was clean, the music was nice, the sales people were not pushy, it was spacious not overcrowded with cars, desks or people. As I toured the dealership with Anthony, I felt an upscale feeling without the snootiness that could be uncomfortable. The waiting area was very nice for both adults and children, with the cafe, games and television. I was very impressed with the service area, the mechanics were dressed appropriately, they too were polite, it was not overcrowded with vehicles, seemed to be well managed. The finance process with Sean was wonderful. He took the time to explain every paper I signed and reassured me that if I had any questions at any time now or in days coming I should contact him and he would be of help. Any football fan would also love to see some of the Giants football team jerseys and equiptment that is on display complete with autographs. So, Anthony and Sean THANK YOU, I would definately recommend Hamilton Honda to friends and relatives, and I will be stopping by for car washes and oil changes (this dealership offers both services without a fee!) Even though there plenty of Honda dealers in the vicinity of my house (Northern NJ), I drove 2 hours to Hamilton Honda to lease a car and couldn't be happier with the experience. Apparently Hamilton Honda holds their employees to higher standards. Lauren and Anthony were forthright about every aspect of the lease, so I signed the lease and drove away with my new Accord the same day. I would highly recommend Hamilton Honda to anyone considering a lease or purchase of a vehicle. More

From my first contact with Dan in internet sales, I was very pleasantly surprised. Other dealers had been relentlessly spamming me. When I arrived at Hamilton Honda, I was introduced to Joe Hendry, who was fantastic and honest and very easy to deal with. I was given a tour of the fantastic facility (free coffee, car washes and oil changes for the life of my car??? awesome!!) and was really impressed that the dealership used the used oil from the oil changes to heat their building! Yay, Green! I got to test drive what would later be my very own Honda Fit Sport, which we now call "the flying tomaaaaahto". Joe was extremely thorough and informed, and took such great care of us. After we negotiated a very fair price, which didn't take long at all, we were introduced to James Confredo, who was a blast to deal with... I'm not sure anyone can have that much fun going over financing, but we had a fantastic time. I tend to stress over big money decisions, but everything felt above-board and straightforward, that I was really able to relax and enjoy the experience. Our sales associate, Mr. Weingarten was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He was easy to talk to and answered all our questions patiently. We went for a test drive, and he was very thorough in explaining everything we need to know the Odyssey. Hamilton Honda have excellent sales and service!
