This is my second purchase from Hamilton Honda and I cannot be happier. This is a family friendly dealership with no gimmicks and the upmost personal customer service. I presently own three Hondas which are all serviced at Hamilton Honda which is also a wonderful experience everytime. Oil changes and car washes are free for the lifetime of the car. That is an amazing perk! During my last visit I dealt with Anthony Lidondici & Rebecca Marone. Both very helpful, friendly and patient. They worked with me to get me what I wanted at such an incredible price. What more can you ask for. I doubt that I will ever go anywhere else. My wife and I went to Hamilton Honda to purchase a newer used car on 2/12/11. We were immediately approached by Jeff who offered to help us find a car that fit our needs. We test drove 3 vehicles and made our decision on the car we wanted. We spoke with Jim (finance dept) and opted for the 2.9% promotion and also got the extended warranty. During the entire process Jeff and Jim were professional and very easy to talk to. I have purchased cars before, and it can be a stressful experience. The process would have been shorter but it just took long because i had to get certified check and the insurance took forever to fax the documents.
