My first contact was with Daniel DelVecchio regarding a certified pre-owned Accord coupe. After some thought and the great financing rate I decided to purchase a new Accord. Frank and the Sales Manager (Tony Servedio Sr.) were extremely helpful. Frank explained all the options in the car at delivery time. He offered to help me set up my phone at a later time since currently I don't have Bluetooth. Tony Servedio worked to make the price competitive with other dealer quotes. While, not the lowest price I feel the difference will be made up with the level of service (free oil changes, car wash, shuttle). Rebecca Morone(Finance Mgr.)is extremely knowledgeable regarding warranties, gap insurance etc. I got the impression that the employees at the dealership love their jobs and it shows in the level of customer service. During the entire process Jeff and Jim were professional and very easy to talk to. I have purchased cars before, and it can be a stressful experience.
