Internet access through thier own computer stands, car wash center, oil change, deli, complimentry water, coffee, the kids are along with the flat scren tvs. THe experience was very differnt then i have experienced in the past 7 car purchases i have made. Once taken to the finance cent Derrick was prepared to meet with us and made the transaction very smooth. Kudos to you. Hamilton Honda you should truely appreciate these two workers. I have to say that this was the ABSOLUTE BEST NEW CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I've ever had. And I've brought 4 new cars. I arrived at the dealership at 2:30pm and I was driving away in my new car by 5:00pm. BUYING EXPERIENCE I've ever had. And I've brought 4 new cars. I arrived at the dealership at 2:30pm and I was driving away in my new car by 5:00pm. (I've had office meetings that ran longer than this transaction). I was seen right away and never waited around for anyone to see me. The atmosphere was very tranquil. I received several calls on my cell phone while at the dealership and it was so quiet that I walked outside to take the calls because I didn't want to ruin the atmosphere with my chatting. The staff were very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Derrick Battle is on his game. He is a very skilled multi-tasker, which I can appreciate. I've never been in the presence of someone who can do so many things at once and still feel as though I have their undivided attention. Chris Mazzeo gave me a tour of the wonderful "GREEN FACILITY";, which is absolutely fabulous and I have no idea why they don't advertise that they have a "GREEN FACILITY". I was shocked to find out that they offer free oil changes for the lifetime of my car, but they even recycle the oil using it to heat the building in the winter. Chris must have gone over the ins and outs of operating my new car three times. I am a manual reader and after reading it I see that he covered all the basics and quite well. He also has a great sense of humor and is very thorough when it comes to the paperwork and insurance. I have never had anyone from a dealership call my insurance company to add my new car for me. The facility is amazing and state of the art. Car wash facility is on-site. I've never seen this before. Even the women at the Cafe were uber-friendly. Yes, they have a Cafe and something smelled really good in there, but I was on tour and didn't want to interrupt Chris to ask if cookies were baking. On top of all of that I got a REALLY GREAT DEAL on my 2011 Honda Civic and the monthly payments are in line with what I wanted to pay. My experience at Hamilton Honda was so spectacular that I know I will be a customer for life. I can never go back to the games that car salesmen play after dealing with Derrick and Chris. I am really happy with my car, but I'm even happier knowing that I brought it from a great dealership and spent time with some great people. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HAMILTON HONDA. I first visited Hamilton Honda on 02/12/11 to purchase a certified pre-owned '08 Honda Accord. The vehicle that I drove in had 198K miles and two cylinders left. Mind you, it was a very busy day. Jim Confredo was very thorough with the information, and financing was not a problem at all. The process was so easy and the entire Hamilton Honda Staff was so welcoming and helpful that I brought my Wife back a week later on 02/19/11 to trade in her older Honda for a certified pre-owned '08 CR-V. This time, we worked with Dalton Watt, who was also very knowledgeable and helpful. We again worked with Jim Confredo, and within the span of a week are the proud owners of two new vehicles, BOTH with the 7 yr/100K wraparound warranty, free oil changes and car washes for life.
