For the first car we leased which was for my daughter, we went in with their ad and it turned out to be exacly what was advertized. No hassle, no nonsense, just straight foward honest communication about the process and purchase. Michael was very knowledgeable about the product and the services Honda offered and his personable interaction with us made for a comfortable experience. He was very helpful about financial sugggestions and information about credit issues concerning my daughter. We felt very satisfied with the whole experience that this week we went back to work with Michael to lease a car for my wife. All worked out extremely well again. Besides Michael's great work, all of the other people that we worked with , (finance, management, admin) where super. We're glad we chose Hamilton Honda to update the family fleet and would highly recommed this dealership to our friends. Yesterday I leased a 2011 Honda CRV from Hamilton Honda. My car shopping experience was pleasant and productive. This is my second Honda acquisition within the last 5 months. I leased a 2011 Civic Coup in December for my 21-year-old daughter. My daughter loves her Civic, has been utilizing the free car wash service and will be stopping by shortly for her first free oil change. Pleasantly satisfied with the service that I received in December, I returned to Hamilton Honda requesting to work with the same salesperson, Anthony Puma. Anthony exemplifies quality customer service, is genuinely friendly, possesses a strong knowledge of the Honda product line and extends the type of courtesy seldom found in today's work force. Anthony is a salesperson who "listens" to his customer; a quality that I appreciate. I can unconditionally recommend Hamilton Honda and Anthony Puma to any prospective customer. More
Our sales person was great. We were ready to buy our car here and drop our money. However, when it came time to find a number that we could both agree on, which did NOT involve paying the sticker price, th here and drop our money. However, when it came time to find a number that we could both agree on, which did NOT involve paying the sticker price, the floor manager would not budge. He came down $60 on the Honda CRV. He used high pressure sales tactics and would not listen to what we were looking for in price. We ended up getting price quotes for the same car from other dealerships around the area that gave us something we could work with! It's unfortunate that the salesman lost the sale due to his floor manager. I won't mention the sales person's name because it was NOT his fault the sale was lost. More
Install of after-market backup sensor and remote starter has been a nightmare. Parts were installed incorrectly the first time so they didn't work. Obviously, they were not checked either. Then we returned it to get it fixed and they "adjusted" the sensor and starter rather than replace the part. After 2 weeks, the backup sensor doesn't work again. In the process, they washed our car and scratched the back windshield. After reading this review, the dealership called to ask how they could make things right. They offered to replace the scratched glass and the faulty backup sensor and loan us a car during the time they had the car. They assured me that they personally oversee the work and make sure it was done correctly. Of course when they delivered the car, we found that the backup sensor doesn't work properly, the car door has a new scratch on the paint, the wheel well in the back has scratches and paint smears on it that we can't get out, and they didn't snap back the panels that they opened to replace parts. As usual, the people doing the work show no accountability or concern. The assurances I received were empty promises that were not kept. Integrity is a word that means something in customer service. The people who work at this dealership have none. More

My overall experience with purchasing a Honda Odyssey from Hamilton Honda was fantastic. My salesperson, John Wilson, treated me like gold. From the moment I walked into the door I felt completely comfortable. John Wilson was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. Tony, the sales manager, was also very good.
