Yes I would definately recommend this dealership. From the minute I walked through the front door, everyone I dealt with was very professional. When I was asked if this was my best car buying experience, I had to stop and think. I'm in my late 50's and have purchased many cars over the years. After thinking it through, this was my best experience. I highly recommend this dealership. There was no pressure to buy. Things were explained very well. Options were laid out for us to consider. We had a fantastic experience buying our Honda Pilot from Dave. We never felt pressure and he was more than willing to spend as much time with us as we needed. In the past I have always hated car shopping Dave. We never felt pressure and he was more than willing to spend as much time with us as we needed. I would like to thank Hamilton Honda for making my recent purchase of a Honda Odyssey hassle free, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had and that is saying something as I have purchased wel purchase of a Honda Odyssey hassle free, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had and that is saying something as I have purchased well over 10 cars to date. My salesperson David Weingarten was professional, well versed on the vehicle and extremely detailed. David made the purchase seamless as he went out of his way to work around my schedule, he made sure the vehicle was ready to go and in perfect condition when I came back to pick it up. I would also like to thank Al Greene who is David's manager and Michael Fanning the general sales manager as they were both involved in the process and made me feel like family. My lease was up for my Ford Explorer and we thought we would turn it and down size to a smaller vehicle like the Escape...We went to our dealership sat down with him and all he did was write down two pric would turn it and down size to a smaller vehicle like the Escape...We went to our dealership sat down with him and all he did was write down two prices Lease and Buy, that was it not to even talk about what we wanted in the vehicle what color, type nothing no talking just figures. So my sons had gone to Hamilton Honda to purchase their Civics...so we decided to give it a shot. Once we walked into the showroom we were greeted by one of the owners who welcomed up there. Talked to us and asked what we were interested in he said we had many options and then introduced us to Anthony our Sales Agent and new best friend. He discussed our many options. First he did take us on a tour of this great dealership the services department the waiting rooms while your are waiting for your car, either buying a new car any waiting for it to be preped or car being serviced. Then we went to talk about theCR-V and the many options we had to choose from..With this personalized service and someone taking the time to make sure we were satisfied with the car, that this was the place and time to by a HONDA GREAT people, GREAT service and GREAT car. We were VERY pleased with our experience at Hamilton Honda. We were first greeted by Rob Morton to see a used Honda on the lot. He could not have been any more helpful and informative. We sat down with him to make our deal and he made us feel very comfortable with the process nothing like other dealers we have gone to, in fact we felt like we were not even in a dealership we were that comfortable. We also had a remote start put in the car and the service department was just as friendly and professional. Everyone we came across was just friendly and willing to help as the next.
