I had the very good fortune to have Patrick Sullivan for my salesman. He is very knowedgable of the Honda product as well as courteous and friendly. My experience with Hamilton Honda and with our sales associate, David Weingarten, was a pleasure - a word I never thought I'd use about buying a car. David made the arduous task of buying a car, a quick, easy, enjoyable experience, even for my young children. Out experience was EXCELLENT with David. I only regret with our dealings with this agency was that David had to go to his closer/negotiator before agreeing to any cost of the vehicle. David is VERY capable of handling the entire sale from beginning to end and should be allowed to do so. Having to go back and forth with a 3rd party while coming to an agreeable price was unnecessary and time consuming. My sales transaction did not go smoothly at first, in fact there was confusion on status of my Honda which I was turning in since the lease was three weeks from ending. Things were straightened out by Dave Weingarden and he went out of his way to ensure that I was a satisfied client. The deal closer was that I would be able to transfer my trailer hitch onto my new honda, after checking with service tech, he assured me no problem. The new hitch didn't fit but Dave kept his word, went to bat for me and everything worked out fine. Next year when my college age kids, I have 21 year old twins, need a additional car, we'll call Dave Weingarden. More

In March 2011, I purchased a new 2011 Honda Accord Coupe EX-L V6 manual transmission from Hamilton Honda. Despite this particular model being extremely rare, Hamilton Honda was willing to work with me to n EX-L V6 manual transmission from Hamilton Honda. Despite this particular model being extremely rare, Hamilton Honda was willing to work with me to negotiate the price. Other dealers were not willing to negotiate, but I was pleasantly surprised with Hamilton Honda. I strongly recommend using their Internet Pricing feature. Lauren Muglia is their POC for Internet Pricing. Lauren was prompt & courteous in her communications. When I arrived at the dealership for a test drive, David Weingarten proctored the details of the sale. He didn’t pressure me and answered all of my questions. Overall, I feel great about my experience at Hamilton Honda. They didn’t pressure me for a sale and they were super accommodating. They even have an onsite car wash, so you can have a nice clean car when you get your oil changed…for free! Kudos to Hamilton Honda! More
I was not really in the market to replace my 2007 Maxima, but Hamilton Honda showed interest in the car in their Buy Back Incentive advertising. Mike Bendar did not waste my time walking through acres of car but Hamilton Honda showed interest in the car in their Buy Back Incentive advertising. Mike Bendar did not waste my time walking through acres of cars trying to get a feel for me. Instead we went to the desk, gave me a numbers on my, what I could afford and told me a selection of vehicles I qualified for. I chose the one I was interested in and we went for a test drive. The car sold itself. Though the car was already very clean, it was taken to the back of this incredibly clean dealership and run through one last check and wipe down. In the meantime, all my paperwork was completed, complimentary cup of coffee and a tour of the dealership. This dealership is 100% committed to customer service. The offer I was given is, without a doubt, the best deal in 27 years of buying cars of all kinds, from many dealers. Free lifetime oil changes and on-site unlimited car washes can't be beat. From the second you walk in the door to the time you leave with your new car, this dealerships commitment to customer service. Mike Bendar was honest, respectful and genuinely concerned about my valuable time and making me feel like I was the only customer in a packed showroom. The Service Department staff was quick and professional when I visited the dealership to get an additional key. I recommend this dealership to anybody who wants to buy a quality vehicle from a dealership who believes in their product, their customers and their ability to please even the toughest buyer. I have always LOATHED the process of buying/leasing a car. In the past, it has always been an unnecessarily time consuming game bull and (crap). From the moment we entered the dealership Zack made myself and my son and daughter feel like we were part of the family.
