This was by far the BEST car buying expereience I have ever had. Under the strong recommendation of a co-worker I escorted my mother to Hamilton Honda following a car accident. She is 66 years old has been purchasing Chevrolets for over 30 years from the same local dealer. She vowed to never leave. We were fortunate to meet with Dan Balling. Even after several visits as she toggled with the tought of leaving Chevy, Dan cared for my mother from start to finish (and beyond) as though she was his mother. He never pressured her nor tried to sway her. He was genuinely interested in her satisfaction. I was amazed that after 30 years of committment to Chevy my mother bought a Honda. She is overwhelmed at the quality of the vehicle and the service that she received. I was so impressed with the way they treated her and held her hand through the process that I test drove a new Pilot on the spot. I wasnt ready to give up my Chevy SUV but I was so impressed with the way Dan and the ENTIRE Hamilton Honda team treated me that we felt like family on the first visit. Well I returned within 2-3 weeks with my husband and we test drove the Pilot. Unfortunately Dan wasn't available so we dealt with Mike Bender. Once again we never felt more like family. No pressure, no mind games, nothing...just genuine interest. Matt helped my mother on her car closing and Derek helped me and my husband. The service was amazing from start to finish.
