As a current, satisfied customer I recently recommended Hamilton Honda to my sister who was told by another dealership that her new Honda had a serious problem. She purchased her car from a PA dealership where she lives and based on the questionable service that the PA dealer was providing, we decided that she was better off looking for a new dealership to service her car while it was still under warranty. I travel quite a bit, and as a result, I had to contact Hamilton Honda from FL to explain the situation. Joel was very accommodating and worked directly with my sister when she arrived at the dealership later that week. They found the problem, fixed the problem, and even provided a loaner car until the replacement parts arrived at the dealership. My sister will be returning to Hamilton Honda for service from now on. More

I have been leasing/buying cars for many years, and it is not often that you come across a professional dealership. The facility is impressive with many "perks" that wouldn't be offered at other dealerships not often that you come across a professional dealership. Went into dealership to get PAX tires (ugh). Wanted out of the 06 Odyssey. While walking around, I was approached in a very friendly manner, by Andrew Jones. Mr. Jones asked if he could be of any assista of the 06 Odyssey. While walking around, I was approached in a very friendly manner, by Andrew Jones. I explained how I wanted out of the 06 Odyssey, and he had a couple of vehicles on the lot that I would be interested in, if he could make the monthly payments work. He agreed to look at my van and the new van(actually a 2008). He took the time and interest in me, but mostly, my whole experience was very casual. There was absolutely no feeling of high pressure, or any back-door meetings. Great place to visit. Everyone encountered greeted me with a smile. The dealership is neat, clean and well lit.
