I had a terrible car accident on the NJ turnpike a couple of weeks ago, my car that I loved for seven years (not a Honda) was totaled and I was blessed to be able to walk away from it. From the moment I walked in to the moment I was ready to drive away with my beautiful Civic, the entire staff made sure I was attended to, comfortable and informed. Since this was the first time in many years that I had to purchase a car on my own, my sales rep, "Zack Musari", spent a number of hours with me during the initial search and then when I picked up my car. He is a kind, decent, and caring man who helped me get through a traumatic situation. I also spent much time with a very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant "Becky" in finance who explained every paper I signed and helped me come up with the most affordable options that would work for my personal situation. It was a busy 4th of July Holiday weekend, however Ian was very helpful and thoughtful,got us started and suggested we come back the next day to complete the sale. This was one of the most pleasant experiences I ever had with a new car dealer. Adam Welsh, the salesman was knowlegeble and took a great deal of time to go over evry detail ragarding the new 2012 Civic with a new car dealer. He has excellent sales ability but does not push. His patience and ability closed the deal in the end. The sales manager, Carl Thompson was also very understanding and did all he can to make the deal pleasnat. He worked with Adam to finalize the number I wanted.
