Well about a year ago I wanted to get rid of my Acura lease and get a car to support Mr Armstead...Plus I was dying to get out of my Acura and Into My now 2010 Accord Coupe.. I love my coupe and I always lease and get a car to support Mr Armstead...Plus I was dying to get out of my Acura and Into My now 2010 Accord Coupe.. I love my coupe and I always get complimented on it.. My sales guy and manager worked amazingly well to help me trade in my not even one year lease to get me into a financed car. It was the most smoothest sale I ever had and NEVER once was pressured to get something I DIDNT want. I got what I wanted and knew what I wanted. Now I Have the most rarest car out there.Service and sales get a A++++ When I walk in I feel like family.. The service mechanics and even the car wash guys are so friendly and love seeing their customers and my car..lol..I have never had a dealership 1. treat me like family 2. offer free oil changes and car wash for as long as you own the car. Now that is what I call niceee.!!!! I am going to miss my Honda family when I leave for Guam. More

As a single female purchasing a car alone, I am always wary of being taken advantage of. However, I did not feel that way when I visited Hamilton Honda. I felt that I was treated with respect from my initial visit to the day I purchased the car. I am hoping that this relationship will continue for the length of my car ownership. Michael was extremely patient with me, even though I came back more than once for test drives. He showed me the whole facility and explained each area in detail. Upon purchasing the car, he showed me every little knob and dial and explained their use. My present insurance company would not write a policy due to the hurricane, and Michael was able to get me the exact same coverage right on the spot, but at a cheaper rate. I worked with Sean McHugh and felt that he shared with me all the extra options that would be beneficial to me. He was polite and patient and seemed like he really likes his job. I felt that my experience with Hamilton Honda far exceeded any experience I have previously had with a dealership. I look forward to the free oil changes and car washes. More

The customer service is very good; better dealing compared to other dealer. In 2010 purchased Honda Accord from them and this year purchased a Honda CR-V. The pricing is competitive in the market.
