I visited Hamilton Honda because I was trying to get rid of a car that I was upside down in. When we pulled up there were several salesmen outside, we were lucky enough to have Romesh Chandra come over to of a car that I was upside down in. He took his time explaining everything to us so we could make an educated decision. Even when things looked bleak, he did everything he could to assure us that things would work out. Romesh and the manager worked with us to get the best deal possible, which I felt they gave me. I've been to several other dealers in the past few months, all of them said flat out "there's nothing we can do for you." Romesh always gave me hope that things could be worked out. The dealership itself was very nice, clean, friendly and accomodating as far as beverages, snacks and even the bathrooms were conveniently located. Which is unusual, for a dealership, I have dealt with other Honda dealerships in the area, and was not treated as well, felt like a number instead of a person. ANTHONY PUMA and JIM are the best, that Hamilton Honda has as far as I am concerned. I fell like I can come to either one of them even after the sale is complete, and they will help. The service and attention I received was nothing like any of my prior auto deals (all with deale and I could not be more pleased with my experience. I leased a 2012 Honda Civic LX for a great price and I get free oil changes for as long as I own the car and free car washes as often as I like. Overall, this was a very positive experience.
