Beyond expectations Traveling back to Texas we had engine issues. They even drove us to a local restaurant and picked us up during our wait on the repair day. Friendly, courteous service and a knowledgeable service department made it un unexpectedly pleasant experience. More

Hamilton Ford did not keep their word........ I had to transfer funds from another account to my local checking account, for the down payment. The transfer was going to take up to 3 working days, I had to transfer funds from another account to my local checking account, for the down payment. The transfer was going to take up to 3 working days, this was on a Saturday. I was told the dealership would hold my check for that time frame, unless I called and let them know the funds were in my account earlier. I checked my account on Tuesday morning and discovered the down payment check had already been deposited. Fortunately, the funds were in my account, so there was no bounced check. There was no call from the dealership to let me know they were depositing the check. I do not appreciate the fact that the dealership did not keep its word nor did they contact me to let me know what they were doing. Carl Michael was the salesman and he went above and beyond to try and make things right. More

"I hate dealing with car dealerships!" Rich found the exact used vehicle we asked about and gave me a call the day it was traded in. (I thought we were safe, as i had been pretty specific.) Between Rich, Warren and Brady in finance, the experience was less painful than it could have been. (I filled out less paperwork when I bought my first house.) We were treated with respect and treated well. Not saying yours will be, but our experience was exceptional. Give these guys a chance to help you out. More

------ When you pay $60,000 for a Ford F-250 that is advertised as Ford tough and 70000 Miles later it starts to fall apart starting with the exhaust tip goi When you pay $60,000 for a Ford F-250 that is advertised as Ford tough and 70000 Miles later it starts to fall apart starting with the exhaust tip going into limp mode constantly then the transmission short-circuits when you go through 2 inches 3 inches of water then for some unknown reason the water pump decides to go out now the latest the transmission somehow or another came up missing three or four quarts of fluid it seems as though every time I taking it in for routine maintenance months down the the road something major occurs I'm tired of the BS never mind the fact that I purchased extended warranty from Bumper to Bumper premium and now they're saying that it's not going to take care of the cost on this latest Fiasco. More
