I went to Hamer Toyota Scion to purchase a new vehicle. I met salesperson MaryLou Santiago. she was very curtious and answered all my questions. When I was getting ready to leave, I climbed inside my beautiful Toyota Sequoia and turned the ignition and heard, click, click, click...the car wouldn’t start. The battery was dead. Reno acted quickly and said they would replace the battery. That’s what I call customer service. My only complaint is that after spending a significant amount of money on a used vehicle... Hamer Toyota does not fill up the gas tank. I was shocked. I get that the economy is down, etc, but that left a mark on an otherwise great experience. More
