Me and my wife came over the dealership on 12/26 after me made appointment with Julio Rodriguez, our sales rep. Julio was very helpful and friendly in finding the vehicle we wanted. When we found the car we wanted, it is very unfortunate that there's a small paint defect on the front passenger door. Shawn Etminani came, promised us that he'll take care of that on the spot and will be done the same day. All paperworks done, we signed the contract and everything, it turns out they're not able to repair the defect at that time. We had to come back on 12/28. We came back on 12/28, Carlos and Frank (from service dept) advised us that the repair might take the whole door. I was surprised and very upset because Shawn failed to mention this. I am sure he knows but he does not want us to know this because he wants to close the deal. We went to see him in the office, instead of giving us solution, he insulted us by saying that we're trying to get discount. Then we spoke to Walter Schmitz, he gave us a solution, problem solved. So, if you plan going to Hamer Toyota today, stay away from Shawn Etminani. The only reason I don't give great(5) rating is because of him. More

I AM SO DISAPPOINTED WITH HAMER TOYOTA; this is my first experience buying a Toyota and when we (wife * me) got there we were looking foa a new 2011 FJ Cruiser so I was approached by one of the sale manager experience buying a Toyota and when we (wife * me) got there we were looking foa a new 2011 FJ Cruiser so I was approached by one of the sale manager and I ask if the FJ Cruiser that were there were 2011 and he said yes, so I ask for spanish speaking sale person because my wife wanted one so we ask the same question if those FJ Cruiser were 2011 and he said yes so when we signed the contract we did not notice that the FJ Cruiser was a 2010 until a register with the Toyota Financial to make my first payment I found out that they lied to us so we are so DISAPPOINTED WITH HAMER TOYOTA. I higly recommend Hamer Toyota but most of all anyone would have a great car buying experience if they worked with Julio Hernandez. He is the best. He has only been selling cars for about 6 - 8 months. But he is a gem to work with. I love my car and I do think I got a very fair price. Julio even helped me after I bought the car to get some more keys. I only had one. He contacted the former owner to see if by any chance there were more keys. Unfortunately there were not any more keys. But Hamer Toyota and especially Julio Hernandez are wonderful! More
