Very mean people not nice at all. Of all the dealerships I've ever gone to and cars purchases...this was by far the best experience and price satisfaction I've ever come across. Buying a car is so stressful as it is but with Maril purchases...this was by far the best experience and price satisfaction I've ever come across. Buying a car is so stressful as it is but with Marilou, Reno and Matt really taking care of me I left the Hamer with a Prius IV not feeling taken advantage of. They were not overly pushy and very easy to work with. My parents came with me and the way they treated them was so respectful, it made me appreciate their service more. Roberto, I’d like to thank you and your staff (Ernie and the other gentleman whom I cannot remember his name right shortly after the purchase. Roberto, I’d like to thank you and your staff (Ernie and the other gentleman whom I cannot remember his name right now) for their very diligent efforts in providing the City with the five (5) Prius’s. If you recall, I sent you an email last week, expressing my frustration and displeasure with the lack of availability of salesperson that dealt with fleet sales after contacting Hamer Toyota via phone on several occasions. Since that time (last Wednesday) until now, your staff has been extremely responsive, courteous, and willing to do whatever it took to make this happen. As you’re quite aware, selling vehicles to a municipality (a City) is quite cumbersome and time consuming. That said, your staff has been willing to provide City staff with the necessary information to make the purchase move along expeditiously. From what I gather (from your staff), Hamer was not very experienced in fleet sales to municipalities; it was refreshing to see that Ernie (and his staff) was upfront about this fact and willing to learn the intricacies (three quotes, payment by purchase order…etc.) of this type of transaction, while still being professional and responsive. As a side note, I’d like to inform you of how this came about. Although I work for the City of XXXXXXXXXXXXXX, which is far removed from Mission Hills. I live in Valencia, grew up in Granada Hills, and worked for the City of San Fernando for 12 years. When approached by our Public Safety Supervisor about his displeasure with the lack of responsiveness from the local Toyota dealerships, I drew on my own personal experiences in dealing with Hamer Toyota. The purchase of vehicles by family/friends at your location and the excellent reviews I’d heard from them enabled me to contact you. After calling your location and having the troubles of speaking with someone, I felt rather deflated and let down, but Hamer has redeemed themselves in so many ways. Thank you for replying and forwarding my initial message to the appropriate staff and facilitating this transaction. Please recognize and thank your staff for a “job well done”, and I hope for an ongoing relationship from this point forward for the City’s fleet vehicle sales.
