I went into Hamer Toyota over the summer because my truck had been making a rattling noise for way too long. Carlos greeted me right away. In no time at all he told me the rattling was from my timing chain and that the timing chain guides were failing. The price was excellent and my car doesn't make noises it's not suppose to anymore. I recommended him to a couple of friends and they found the same great experience. More

I went on to the Hamer website, saw they had an Internet special on the Prius 3, so I called and scheduled an appointment with Steve to come in and look at the Prius. When I came in Marylou took me to look at the Prius, the test drive was pleasant enough, but after that everything else was unpleasant. We went in to discuss price, I showed them the Internet special that I had printed out, and they said they didn't have a car that matched the exact Prius I wanted, which was a base Prius 3. They told me they had a Prius 3 with the solar panel and Performance Package, but that also had a bumper guard, paint guard, and some other BS sounding stuff. I told them I just wanted the base like the special had listed, and that did not please them, they immediately got defensive saying that Prius was the only one they had, and that if I didn't like it, I should take my buisness else where, so now, I'm going to do exactly that.
