Worst service in the entire state of a Connecticut. I went for a simple tune up during my appointment at 7:45 AM. I didn’t get any updates or information on my car till I called back and didn’t revive t I went for a simple tune up during my appointment at 7:45 AM. I didn’t get any updates or information on my car till I called back and didn’t revive the work on the car I asked for. I revived my car around 5:00 pm that same day and was late to work. 4 hours (40 miles) later my engine is stalling and my transmission is slipping. My car is also pulling to the left. I paid over $900 for this all around terrible service and when I told the manager I wanted to get my money back he denied any an every attempt to work work with the customer. Then I asked for a corporate number to call and I got an attitude with the service memebers in the phone as well. The managers couldn’t even make eye contact with me when I was talking to him. Disrespectful, rude, inconsiderate, are all the words and then some to describe this terrible business and service. I’ve also been told by the Coorprate office that I have been blacklisted from this store after calling them out on there terrible service. Don’t take you car and money here. They will screw you over and not even care. More

Their on Staff I used to live them but my latest interaction has me telling everyone I praised them to to run. I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I I used to live them but my latest interaction has me telling everyone I praised them to to run. I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I got back my car and LED low/high beam headlight bulbs were gone and replaced with standard led light bulbs. Since i realized it after business hours on Saturday I returned First thing Monday morning and sat for 2.5 hrs just for them to try and convince me that my lights were fine. How do you try and convince a customer that the lights on there car are the same when they now have standard lights and when they brought the car in they had a different type of LED. I am so disappointed and since I kept being disregarded in what I was explaining as to why those weren’t my bulbs; I will tell everyone that with their Gold Star awards they still have their working for them. More
Mazda 2008 Service at facility for an older model Mazda Tribute was horrendous. Took approximately 30 days to get my vehicle back. The so called expert mechanic Service at facility for an older model Mazda Tribute was horrendous. Took approximately 30 days to get my vehicle back. The so called expert mechanic replaced valves as a remedy to my issue which was a transmission leak. I received my SUV back with masking tape on the window. Manager offered to fix for free. Returned 2x for a transmission leak. One manager tried to make me look as if I did not know what transmission oil looks like. Next manager comes says it’s transmission oil and states it’s the AC condenser. Offers to pay for labor but up charged the part (AC Condensor) thinking I didn’t know any better. I thought I met at least one honest person and that this dealership would be the new services for my Older SUV. Needless to say not even 3 weeks later the engine light comes on and that was the other reason I had the vehicle brought to this facility. Dishonest at best. I see a few reviews that rave about their Service but it’s a con game. As soon as that vehicle is older the upcharge will begin. All though they claim guaranteed I will never step foot in the facility again. Just Poor Mazda Service More
