Snow tires Snow tire and balance. Was told 1-1 1/2 hours and took over 3. I had to come and check every 30 min after 1 3/4 hours and no phone call. Service agent Snow tire and balance. Don’t think they new what they were doing when it came to a fleet vehicle. I use to service my car here but stopped because of poor customer service and over promising time frame and never delivering. I honored the snow tires since we purchased them here. This might be the last! More

Recall Drop off Dropped off my Truck for recall. I was told one day of service I then received a call it would not be done until the next day. At no point did anyone Dropped off my Truck for recall. Why would the customer be responsible for their own transportation needs ? I had to ask for a loaner and then told we don’t have any .it wasn’t until I told the rep that’s not my fault they said they would see what they can do. I was then told I had to rush down to the dealership so we can go to enterprise to get me a vehicle. I’m sorry but I can’t just drop everything I’m doing to be at the dealership in an hour. I had to find my own means to get a vehicle for the day. More
