Oil change along with diesel engine software recall notice. Called and scheduled my oil change and recall notice with no issue. Was able to bring my truck in at my convenience. Ty was my service rep. During the initial inspection of my vehicle, Ty noticed that there were marks on the hood of my truck. He asked the body shop guy to look at the hood to give me recommendations. I spoke to the guy and he showed me what to do to remove the marks (pine pitch). He asked me how long the marks were there and when I told him, he said that he wanted to try out his method before having me do it. He called me out to look at truck and showed me that he cleaned all the marks off for me within minutes. I was really impressed and thankful for his help and professionalism. Ty reviewed all the work done on my truck. I've now bought two trucks from this dealership. Robert and Ty are my service reps and I would recommend having my friends get their vehicles serviced here. More
