Recall I went in for a recall on the passenger air bag. Once I got the car back, the radio did not work. Brought the car back the next business day and was I went in for a recall on the passenger air bag. Once I got the car back, the radio did not work. Brought the car back the next business day and was told it would take about 45 minutes. At the 45 minute mark, I was told it would take a bit longer due to the weather and the need to plow due to the snow. 20 minutes later, I got my car back. As I was leaving, I noticed that I couldn't change the channels on my radio. Brought it back and had to wait again. This time I got a ride to work. Waited all day for a call to tell me the car was ready. Instead, I had to call multiple times to find out if the car was done, and when I was to be picked up. I was told I would receive a call when the driver left to pick me up. Instead,the driver called me when he got to my work, which meant he had to wait for me to finish what I was doing. On the ride home, the driver was looking at his phone and cutting people off, including out racing a bus and cutting across 4 lanes of the highway to make an exit. He also had the radio playing too loudly for a 'professional service'. More

When my vehicle would not be completed the service writer arranged a brand new 2018 Mazda CX5 for me to have overnight. I was expecting a used vehicle. What a surprise. The vehicle was really awesome. The next day my vehicle was ready and all work completed. At pick up John was at lunch and Amanda was overseeing service. Amanda was very nice and very up to speed on my paperwork and started the process.The service advisor John explained everything to me in brief but with enough detail. Definitely a totally satisfying experience. More

Door handle that is taking over two months to fix My drivers side front door handle is broken. I brought it to the dealership because they said they would fix it. Then when I showed up they told me th My drivers side front door handle is broken. I brought it to the dealership because they said they would fix it. Then when I showed up they told me that they had to order the part. They told me the part would come in, in about 5 business days. I waited over a month and didn't get a call. I called them and the part wasn't ready. Then I finally bring my truck down to get fixed and find out that they ordered the wrong part. Had to wait until tomorrow to get the new part. Drive back in the next day to get it fixed and the part is still not ready, then I have to demand to get a daoner vehicle which was given to me all covered in dog hair and smells like dog! I know the service is free but I would have paid to get it fixed somewhere else to have it done quicker and right. I had to drive around for over a month and not be able to use my door handle. That is unacceptable to me. I would never come to the dealership to get service done if I had to pay for it. More
