Long wait It took over an hour for an oil change. Was told I needed a tire patch (which I’m glad they found), however it would be over another hour because mac It took over an hour for an oil change. I said I’d come back a little later and they told me it should be about 45 minutes. I called before returning to make sure the machine was free and still waited over an hour. More

Corvette Service Shop is very good to great. Sales dept, isn't worth the powder to blow it up with. Due to past experiences, I'd never buy a car there. Great tech didn Shop is very good to great. Great tech didn't install a damaged condenser that came new out of the box and reordered a undamaged part. Shuttle service is invaluable for someone who's unable to get rides to/from dealership. More
Recall Service Visit The wait time given was right on point - the car was ready. However, there was this one guy that wasn't a real gentleman. I was there with my 2 young The wait time given was right on point - the car was ready. However, there was this one guy that wasn't a real gentleman. I was there with my 2 young kids, a 6 yr old and a baby. I had the baby on the stroller and I had my hands full, trying to push the stroller and holding the bags and I had my 6 yr old hold the door for me which was a bit hard for him meanwhile the guy was just standing there and never offer to hold the door or help me. It was more like he was waiting for me to get through so he can then walk towards the door that leads to the cars being serviced. That truly annoyed after he heard the guy that checked me say I would be there for an hour and 40 minutes. I can prepared to be there for like an hour or so so I made sure I had food for myself and my kids so that was the reason for me having full hands but I never imagine this guy didn't have manners to at least hold the door. That really bothered me so I am glad that I didn't have to wait longer than the 2 hours I was there which I had by the way made an appointment. More

I was greeted by a very professional service manager who explained the service being done on my vehicle. The waiting area was clean and well stocked with refreshments for comfort while waiting. I was then greeted by another service person whom walked me through their inspection sheet and how to read their inspection ratings. I was in and out in 30 minutes. That is amazing for Dealer Service. More
Lack of Customer Service I visited the service center twice this last month. When I first arrived I stood at one of the service booths and there were a male and female sittin I visited the service center twice this last month. When I first arrived I stood at one of the service booths and there were a male and female sitting in the back and they didn’t say anything to me which Made me feel extremely uncomfortable. There were 2 others working and they always didn’t acknowledge me at all. Finally a different agent finished with a guest then came over to me just standing they’re awkwardly assisted me. I didn’t get his name but he was very nice and helpful. Then the second time I came the same exact thing happened. The service reps will allow you to stand there without saying a single word to you. Even if they aren’t the ones helping you a “hello I’ll get someone to assist you”. Would be great instead of having someone stand there without acknowledging their presence. Bianca came over to me after me waiting about 10minutes and was very polite and helpful. But my initial dealings with the service centers I would actually prefer to take my vehicle elsewhere rather than to deal with the staff at this company again. More

I accepted the brake line flush and was surprised The staff was very friendly and efficient. This was my first service visit for my “ new” 2016 CX 5. I accepted the brake line flush and was surprised it hadn’t been done when I bought my car in December. Joshua gave me a break on the price- very nice on his part! Waiting room was comfortable and clean. I was surprised when the service people came and walked the customers to the payment window. Nice touch. Now I just wish I was happier with the sound system. More
