total disappointment 3 service people telling me three different things, not returning calls . 5,000 miles and a couple months over warranty and basicly told, to bad. Lifters collapsed in a 5 year old Silverado that I bought at partyka. I bought it 4 years old, was asked for proof of oil changes, I provided 4 , for the 14 months I had the truck. Then I was informed , 3 were no good because they were not done at the dealership. The story goes on and on but the message is, don't use partyka service. They did take some money off the $4,400. Original bill, but then I found out that it probably came out of a found that GM supplies the dealerships with. I had bought 2 new cars previous to this at partyka and was expecting to do more business with them, but this leaves a very disappointing , untrusting feeling with me. We bought 3 vehicles there because I trusted the sales man Adam Marshall , maybe the service dept should go learn from Adam. More

Wonderful, as always! I was reluctant to come back after Mike left as he always took care of me. I followed him from Connecticut’s Own. Bianca was a dream! Met me expectations I had an appointment with Partyka in Hamden to have the passenger air bag replaced under recall. Bianca greeted me promptly, and I was shown to the customer waiting area. Free copy, water, etc. was offered. Also free Wi-Fi, but I wasn't able to connect for some unknown reason. However, the computer tech person did try to help. My wait for the recall service was reasonable. When Bianca returned with the service report, we went over the list of recommended service. At the time I chose to only replace the windshield wipers. Which Bianca said would take "only a few minutes". The only complaint I have is that while the service for the wipers was quickly done, I then waited approximately 45 additional minutes before BIanca could check me out. When i inquired what was taking her so long, she said she was "backed up" and it would be a few minutes more. Since my repairs were completed promptly, I did not appreciate having to wait what I believe was an inordinate length of time to get my car. I believe the Service Manager should have taken steps to speed up the check out when it became apparent that the wait time was excessive. It was not the fault of Bianca, but the Service manager. More
