Great customer service but. Tires i was told i should put on my car were $246 a piece! Way too much money for tires. I dont blame the service reo for this. Poor service I bought a certified preowned car in January 2018. Tires needed replaced upon buying the car. April of 2018 my transmission started slipping (I didn’t I bought a certified preowned car in January 2018. Tires needed replaced upon buying the car. April of 2018 my transmission started slipping (I didn’t realize that’s what was causing my car not to shift into the correct gear at the time), and finally went completely out in August 2018. Was going for just a service and found this out, had multiple other appointments to get to, they didn’t have a loaner for me, spent almost 3 hours on hold (due to a language barrier) trying to get in touch with them after I missed an appointment and spent over $40 using Uber’s to make it to my other appointment. The manager told me they would detail my car inside and out upon returning it to me to compensate for the poor service. Three weeks later, I got my car back, not detailed. When I called to complain, no one seemed to have any idea what I was talking about and unfortunately I was leaving for vacation the next day, so I plan to call and speak with another manager upon returning. I also had to have my “new” brakes fixed and pay to patch a tired that needs replaced. I’m very unhappy with the customer service/poor quality of car I received and purchased. More
